Licensed Immigration Consultant in Toronto, Ontario
---- IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT · TORONTO
Looking for a trusted immigration consultant near you in Toronto? VMC's CICC-regulated RCICs are among the best-rated in the GTA - helping Toronto residents with Express Entry, PNP nominations, work permits, family sponsorship, and refusals. Canada's largest city and the nation's immigration hub. Nearly half of Toronto's population was born outside Canada - making it one of the world's most diverse cities.
Our licensed RCICs assess your full profile - education, work history, language scores, and family situation - and map out your best pathway to Canadian permanent residence.
Toronto's Brampton suburb (home to VMC's office) is one of the fastest-growing immigration communities in Canada, with South Asian immigrants making up a significant portion of new arrivals.
Why Toronto Residents Choose VMC
In a market full of unregulated "consultants," here is what makes the difference.
🎓
CICC-Regulated - Not Unlicensed Consultants
All VMC consultants are Registered Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). In Toronto's competitive immigration market, unregulated "consultants" are a real risk. Always verify at iccrc-crcic.ca before you hire anyone.
🌐
Multilingual Team - We Speak Your Language
We serve Toronto's diverse communities in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, and French. Your RCIC will understand your cultural context, not just your immigration file.
📋
Full-Service - From First Assessment to PR Card
We handle every step in-house: eligibility assessment, document preparation, IRCC submissions, responses to IRCC queries, and ongoing follow-up. No handoffs to junior staff, no surprises.

Do you have an immigration consultant office in Toronto?
Our main office is in Brampton, ON - 35 km from downtown Toronto. We serve Toronto clients daily, both in-person and by video consultation. Most consultations are handled remotely, making location secondary.
What is the best immigration program for Toronto residents already in Canada?
For those already in Toronto on a work or study permit, the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) under Express Entry or Ontario's new OINP Workforce Priority stream (if you have an Ontario job offer) are typically the fastest pathways to permanent residence.
How do I find a licensed RCIC in Toronto?
Always verify your consultant is registered with CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants) at iccrc-crcic.ca. VMC's consultants are CICC-regulated RCICs serving Toronto and the entire GTA.
Can a Toronto-based OINP applicant use VMC?
Absolutely. We process OINP applications for clients across the GTA - Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, and Scarborough. The OINP does not require a specific office location for consultants.
Do I need to visit an office in person, or can Toronto clients get help online?
Most Toronto clients handle their entire file by video consultation and email - an in-person visit is not required. If you prefer face-to-face, our Brampton office is a short drive from most Toronto neighbourhoods and welcomes in-person appointments too.
What immigration services does VMC offer Toronto clients?
We handle Express Entry, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), work permits, spousal and family sponsorship, LMIA support for employers, and visitor visas. Every file is managed in-house by a licensed RCIC from first assessment through to decision.
Which areas around Toronto does VMC serve?
We regularly work with clients across the GTA, including Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, and York, as well as neighbouring Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, and Vaughan. Service is delivered by video consultation regardless of which part of the city you're in.
How do I book an immigration consultation if I live in Toronto?
You can book a free assessment through our website or reach us by phone or WhatsApp, and we'll schedule a video or in-person consultation to review your situation. There's no cost or obligation for the initial assessment.
What's the difference between a licensed RCIC and an immigration lawyer or an unlicensed agent?
An RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) is licensed specifically in immigration matters by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), while immigration lawyers are licensed by a provincial law society and can also represent clients. Unlicensed agents or 'ghost consultants' are not authorized to represent you before IRCC at all - always confirm your representative's registration before paying anyone.
Can you help if my visa or PR application was refused, and I live in Toronto?
Yes. We review the refusal letter, identify exactly why IRCC or a visa officer refused the case, and build a targeted reapplication or appeal where one is available. Refusal cases are one of our regular services for Toronto clients.
Do you help Toronto-area employers hire foreign workers or with LMIA?
Yes. We assist Toronto and GTA employers with the LMIA process, including job advertising strategy and submission to ESDC, as well as LMIA-exempt work permit options where they apply. We also advise on compliance obligations once a foreign worker is hired.
How much does an immigration consultant in Toronto cost?
Fees depend on which service you need - Express Entry, OINP, work permits, and sponsorship all have different scopes of work. We review your situation and provide a clear breakdown of costs during your free initial consultation, before you commit to anything.
