- NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation

- Valid ECA for foreign education (not older than 5 years)
- At least 1 year of skilled work experience (Canadian or foreign)
- Intent to reside in Ontario
Skilled Trades Stream
Trades FocusTargets candidates in skilled trades occupations. Often has lower CRS requirements than HCP. Ontario actively recruits electricians, welders, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople.

- NOC TEER 2 or 3 trade occupation
- Language: CLB 5+ in all 4 skills
- At least 1 year of skilled trades experience

French-Speaking Skilled Worker
