All 8 legacy OINP streams (HCP, Employer Job Offer, Healthcare, French-Speaking, etc.) closed June 26, 2026 and were replaced by the single new Ontario Workforce Priority stream - a unified points-based Expression of Interest (EOI) system, not federal CRS-based. Job-offer applicants (any NOC TEER 0-5) are scored out of 130 points; self-employed physicians (no job offer required) are scored out of 115 (not scored on hourly wage). The stream just launched - Ontario has not published any invitation rounds or cutoff scores yet.
Alberta Expression of Interest points grid (0-100). Based on education, work experience, language, Alberta job offer, and adaptability factors.
SINP uses intake windows rather than scored draws. 2026 redesign: 3-tier system with priority sectors (open anytime) and capped sector windows (limited positions per window).
Letters of Advice to Apply - points (0-1000). Based on connection to Manitoba, employment offer, education, language, age, and adaptability factors.
PNP nomination = +600 CRS points in the federal Express Entry pool. Getting nominated by any province adds 600 CRS points — in recent PNP draws (CRS 710-802 in 2026), well above every published cutoff.
